Mrs. Zielasko's fifth-grade class recently earned a lock-in for good behavior, both in the classroom and in the hallway. They did not leave the classroom all day, even eating lunch in their room. They did lots of educational projects throughout the day - everything from reading in their sleeping bags to making fossils out of clay. They pushed the desks to the side and enjoyed doing all of their learning on the floor. Pictured are Michaela Zumbrun and Maddie Shultz enjoy reading together during the lock-in.
