PIERCETON – A Pierceton man is facing a leukemia diagnosis and is in need of the community’s help. Jimmy Parks should be a familiar face around the Pierceton area as he has been an active member of the community. He has also enjoyed working for Marsh’s Supermarket for several years. Parks is in need of the community’s help as he was diagnosed with Leukemia about a year ago. Currently, he is at the University Of Indianapolis Hospital and received a bone marrow transplant March 15.
