NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES
In the matter of determining tax rates for certain purposes by the Library Board of Pierceton Public Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Pierceton Public Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that th e proper officers of said Library will conduct a public hearing at 101 Catholic St., on the 2011 Budge t at 5:30
p.m. on September 1, 2010. Following this meeting, any ten or more taxpayers may object to budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objecting petition with the proper officers of the political subdivis ion within seven days after the hearing. The objecting petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with it s budget a find ing concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following this aforementioned hearing, the Library Board will meet at 101 Catholic St., on October 6, 2010 at 5:30 pm to adopt the following bu dget:
