NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Pierceton Civil Town, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper officers of said unit at Pierceton Community Building on August 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.will conduct a public hearing on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the politi cal subdivi sion within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision sh all adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforemention ed hearing, the Fiscal Body will meet at Pierceton Community Building on September 19, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. to
