PIERCETON -ÊA Pierceton man was arrested on a charge of child molesting Wednesday afternoon.
Donald Edward Conwell, 50, of 201 W. Columbia St., Pierceton, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of child molesting, a Class C felony. He is being held on $5,000 bond.
Conwell is accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl in June. The girl said Conwell fondled her and put his hand down the front of her pants while they were in a camper at Jellystone Campground in Pierceton.
She also told police that the molesting had been happening for about a year.
Conwell is not suspected of molesting any other children.
