Staff Report-
Valerie Messmore and Sarah Pepple are gearing up to spend the week of June 20 at Pierceton Elementary School’s Camp Invention. This camp is open to anyone who wants to attend – not just PES students. Invent Now presents this program – a safe, innovative experience for children to extend school-year learning through fun, hands-on activities that promote 21st century learning skills. This opportunity allows children to explore the unknown, tinker with ideas, and satisfy an innate sense of curiosity as they work in teams to solve real-world challenges and realize problem solving as a portal to discovery. The camp will run from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information about this program, visit campinvention.org and register. If you have questions, contact the camp director, Kathy Garber, at 574-594-2210, Ext. 5123.
