ROCHESTER – Phyllis Scobie Hardy, 94, Rochester, died at 12:47 p.m. March 11, 2014, in Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester. She was born Sept. 3, 1919, in Detroit, Mich., to George and Muriel Osborne Lilly. On Dec. 4, 1937, in Ferndale, Mich., she married Eldon Everett Scobie, who died Dec. 20, 1973. On Feb. 14, 1976, she married Alvin Hardy, who died in 1986. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kinsey Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S. Lafayette Ave., Royal Oak, Mich. Burial is in Roseland Park Cemetery, Royal Oak, Mich.
