NORTH MANCHESTER — Phyllis L. Barger, 68, North Manchester, died at 4:35 a.m. Sept. 4, 2017, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester.
She was born March 8, 1949, in Norfolk, Va., to Guy and Wilma Iliff Hurraw
She married Thomas Barger on June 1, 1968. He survives.
She worked as a receptionist for many companies, including Peabody and Beacon Credit Union.
