ROCHESTER – Phyllis “Jean” Duzan, 87, of Warsaw, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
She was born Sept. 11, 1931, in Rochester, to Lee and Lillie Mikesell Holloway. On June 17, 1951, in Rochester, she married Robert H. Duzan. He died June 19, 1988.
A celebration of her life will be at noon Tuesday, with calling two hours prior, in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
