NAPPANEE – Phyllis J. Blosser, 90, Nappanee, died at 11:15 p.m. April 1, 2015, at her residence. She was born Sept. 26, 1924, in Marshall County, to Henry and Catherine Miller Watkins. On Feb. 23, 1946, in Milford, she married Robert Wade Blosser, who died March 5, 2013. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethany Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Roger Eberly officiating.
