SYRACUSE – Phyllis A. White, 84, Syracuse, died Nov. 24, 2013, in Millers Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was born March 2, 1932, in Howe, to Cleon and Carlie Ruth Steele. On June 4, 1976, she married Vernon White, who survives. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
