NORTH MANCHESTER - Phillip K. Carr, 71, of North Manchester, died at 10 a.m. July 18, 2007, in his residence.
He was born March 6, 1936, in Dixon, Ill., to Alva Wayne and Alice Jane McIlnay Carr.
He was a farmer and worked a Peabody Seating Co. for many years.
Surviving are two sons, Barry Carr, Wichita, Kan., and Brian Carr, North Manchester; two daughters, Mrs. Delvin (Jenny) McClendon, Fishers, and Julie McBurnett, Rochester; two sisters, Mary Shivers, Sebring, Fla., and Rowena Brallier, Victorm, Idaho; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Eel River Community Church, Silver Lake, with Eldon McNabb officiating.
Calling is from one hour prior to the service Sunday at the church.
