Philip Dean ‘Phil’ LaddPhilip Dean “Phil” Ladd, 82, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, in Columbia City.
He was born in Warsaw, on Aug. 29, 1940, to Paul and Mary Meloy Ladd. He married Carol Waters on July 24, 1976.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with Phil’s care. No public services are planned at this time.
