A preliminary plat for Pheasant Ridge Subdivision will be presented before the Warsaw Plan Commission tonight by Jackson Development Inc.
The housing area is planned south of Eisenhower Parkway on the west side of County Farm Road on land zoned residential.
A preliminary plat was approved in 1996 and expired in 1997. A new plat proposal and plans for excavation will be considered at 7 p.m.
Approval for a road between Petro Brothers dealerships also will be heard before the commissioners.
Commissioners are Alan Clingman, Jim Gast, Dewey Lawshe, Richard Keevan, Warsaw street department superintendent Lacy Francis and city council representatives Joe Thallemer and Jeff Grose.
