Pfleiderer Trust Gives To Operation Read

Tom Tearney (L), trust administrator at 1st Source Bank, recently presented a $6,000 grant from the Esther Pfleiderer Charitable Trust to DeeAnna Muraski, executive director and CEO of Operation Read. The funds will be used towards many programs including Baby’s First Book where families with newborn children are given a series of books, Read to Grow which covers birth to 5 years old, Book Boogie that covers kindergarten through 5 grade and adult tutoring classes that help people of all ages learn how to read.
