Maid of honor was Cassie Ellis, Fayetteville, Ark. Bridesmaids were Shelby Petro, Venice, Calif.; Jodi Buhrt, Milford; Cari Twait, Columbus, Ohio; and Kristin Whitacre, Minneapolis, Minn. Flower girls were Kaley Ponder, Fort Wayne, and Vanessa Frey, Huntington.
Best man was Seth Beer, Phoenix, Ariz. Groomsmen were Shane Beer, Leo; AJ Klaussen, West Lafayette; Matt Klaussen, Indianapolis; and Dillon Whitacre, Minneapolis. Ring bearer was Gavin Beer, Leo.

The bride is an intensive care nurse at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, Calif. She is a 2004 graduate of Wawasee High School and earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2008.
The groom is a landscape architect for Artecho Architecture & Landscape Architecture, Venice, Calif. He graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, in 2004, and earned a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2009.
