PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY STATE OF INDIANA SS: KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY. ANTHONY SOMMERS AND AMY SOMMERS, Husband and Wife Petitioners BEFORE THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Anthony Sommers and Amy Sommers, Husband and Wife, as Petitioners, have filed a verified petition with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way, which petition has been set for hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 22nd day of July, 2008, at 9:30 o'clock, a.m. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room (old Court Room) which is located on the third floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, located at the corner of North Buffalo Street and West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought, is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That certain real estate labeled as a "Possible Road", and being approximately 20 feet (20') in width east and west, bounded on the west by lot number 23 in Island Park Annex, and bordered on the east by lot number 22 in Island Park Annex, and bordered on the south by the right of way known as Mound Avenue and on the north by Parcel ID 029-102-002.E1, all is shown on the Plat of Island Park Annex, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 39, on the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. and which public way is also identified as an unimproved tract of land lying between the real estate commonly known as 73 EMS C27B Lane, Warsaw, Indiana, 46582, and Lot Number 22 in the Island Park Annex, Warsaw, Indiana. ANY PERSON desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Kosciusko County Commissioners with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, or the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support or objection of the petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Kosciusko County Commissioners without further public notice. A copy of the petition is on file in the Office of the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
