TO: Kenneth Olinger, Donald Olinger, Ronald Olinger, Clifford Olinger, Melvin Olinger, Barbara Payne, Mae Gushwa, Jerry Olinger, Mary Lou Welch, Nancy Bieber, Linda Leimer, Budd Olinger, Jack Olinger, James Olinger a/k/a Jimmy Olinger, Dennis Shepherd, Delois Huff, Danny Shepherd, Diana Supernaw, and all unknown heirs of Robert E. Olinger deceased.
Notice is hereby given that in the above entitled estate proceedings:
1. On January 2, 2017, the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger, died intestate a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
2. On March 15, 2017, Janet Sue Heuer was appointed as Personal Representative of the Decedent's Estate by the Court in the above captioned cause.
3. Janet Sue Heuer as Personal Representative of the Decedent’s estate, has filed with the Court in this cause a Petition To Determine Heirship of the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger.
4. The Court has set April 20, 2018, at 10 o’clock, a.m., as the time for the hearing on such petition, to be held in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
5. All persons claiming or having any interest in such estate, or any part thereof, as an heir or through an heir of the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger, and all known heirs of the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger, are required to appear in said Court on or before such date and make proof of their heirship or claim through an heir of the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger.
6. The Court will, pursuant to such hearing, enter a decree determining the heirs of the Decedent, Robert E. Olinger, and their respective interests in the Decedent’s estate.
This notice is given pursuant to the order of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 dated March 5, 2018.
