IN THE MATTER OF THE UNSUPERVISED ESTATE
OF RICHARD E. WILSON, DECEASED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to each interested party in the estate of Richard E. Wilson, that:
1. The petition of Lacey Rodgers and Samantha S. Newsome, for an order determining heirship in the estate of Richard E. Wilson will be heard by this Court on June 14, 2024 at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in this Court, located at 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A copy of the petition is attached to this notice.
2. Any person who wishes to prove that he or she is an heir, or has a claim through an heir, of Richard E. Wilson, deceased, must appear at the time and place described above and present his or her proof.
3. If you have any objection to the petition, you must submit it in writing on or before the date set for the hearing. If you fail to do so a judgment will be entered in accordance with the relief requested in the petition.
4. Following the hearing, and on the basis of evidence presented at it, the court will enter an order determining the heirs of Richard E. Wilson and their respective interests in her estate.
