Mason and Nancy J. Mason for vacation of an easement within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows: The easement between Lots 20 and 21 in 2nd Addition to Springbrook Park, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 21 in 2nd Addition to Springbrook Park; thence southeasterly to the northwest comer of Lot 20; thence southerly, on and along the west line of Lot 20 to the southwest comer of Lot 20, being the water's edge of Sechrist Lake; thence northwesterly, on and along the shoreline of Sechrist Lake to the southeast corner of Lot 21, thence northerly on and along the east line of Lot 21 to the place of beginning.
