NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 26th day of October, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Mark L. Winter, et al, for vacation of a petition of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit: All that portion of the unnamed public road lying north of and adjacent to lots 1, 2, 3 & 4 in Lake View Park from the west line of lot 4 extended north, to the east line of lot 1 extended north, also, All that portion of the unnamed public road lying north of and adjacent to lots 1, 2, 3, 4,5 ,6, 11, 12 & 13 in Wright Place from the west line of Lot 1 extended north, to the east time of lot 6 extended north and from the west line of lot 11 extended north, in the east line of Lot 13 extended north.
