You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of July, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Alvin W. Prater for vacation of the following described portion of Cherry Tree Dive within the Plat of Thompsons River Lawn 2nd Addition, Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
The entirety of Cherry Tree Drive from the east right-of-way of Greenwood Drive to the west right-of-way of Oakwood Drive, in the Plat of Thompsons River Lawn 2nd Addition.
