Schobert Revocable Living Trust You are hereby notified that on the 17th day of March, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana, the Winona Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by William A. Zimmer and Marcia Zimmer for vacation of a portion of Park Avenue in the 6th Amended and Additional Plat of Winona Park described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of the parcel vacated by Ordinance Number 2006-11-2 of the Town of Winona Lake at its intersection with the shoreline of Winona Lake; thence northerly, on an along the shoreline of Winona Lake to its intersection with the southeasterly line of the tract described in Instrument Number 99-11-069 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence northeasterly along the southeast line of the tract described in Instrument Number 99-11-0619 to its intersection with the west right-of-way of Park Avenue; thence southerly on a line parallel to and forty feet (40') off of the westerly line of Lots 41, 42 & 43 in the plat of the 6th Amended and Additional Plat of Winona Park to its intersection with the northwesterly line of the parcel vacated by Ordinance Number 2006-11-2; thence southwesterly on and along said northwesterly line to the point of beginning.
