NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 26th day of February, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Rate of Change, LLC, for vacation of a portion of Church Street and an unimproved alley, being public ways in the Original Plat of the Town of Oswego, within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana and described as follows, to wit: The portion of Church Street sought to be vacated is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 72 in the original plat of the Town of Oswego, thence easterly on and along the south line of lots 72 and 73 to the southeast corner of lot 73; thence southerly on the extension of the east line of lot 73, 66 feet to the northeast corner of lot 89; thence westerly on and along the north lines of lots 89 and 88 to the northwest corner of lot 88; thence northerly on and along the extension of the west line of lot 88, 66' to the place of beginning. The portion of the alley sought to be vacated is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 88 in the original plat of the Town of Oswego, thence easterly on and along the south lines of lots 88 and 89 to the southeast corner of lot 89; thence southerly on the extension of the east line of lot 89, 16.5 feet to the northeast corner of lot 90; thence westerly on and along the north lines of lots 90 and 91 to the northwest corner of lot 91; thence northerly on and along the extension of the west line of lot 91, 16.5' to the place of beginning.
