Pinney Trust You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of March, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Time Frame Properties, LLC for vacation of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: All of the public way not vacated by Ordinance Number 11-05-11-001V recorded as Document Number 2011050759 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana east of and adjacent to Lot 1 Indian Hill running from the south right-of-way of Indian Trail (Northshore Drive) to the water's edge of Syracuse Lake, as shown on the Plat of Indian Hill as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 61 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana Michelle Puckett Auditor, Kosciusko County, Indiana 2-19 hspaxlp
