NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAYS AND PROMENADE IN THE PLAT OF THE WINONA BEACH To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana Rebecca Manship, Larry Manship, Melissa Manship, Scott, Manship, Kevin L. Smith You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Nicholas A. Chapman, Adam L. Finley and Kristine D. Finley and Robert L. Wilson and Karen A. Wilson, for vacation of unnamed public ways and a Promenade within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 1 in the plat of Winona Beach (all references to lots are in the plat of Winona Beach, recorded in plat book 1, page 95 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana), thence northwesterly on an extension of the west line of lot 1 to the north line of said plat, thence easterly, on and along the north line of said plat tot he shoreline of Winona Lake, thence southerly on and along the shoreline of Winona Lake to the point of intersection with the south line of the northwesterly ten feet of lot 13 extended easterly, thence westerly on and along the extension of the south line of the northwesterly ten feet of lot 13 and the south line of the northwesterly ten feet of lot 13 to the northwest corner of lot 13, thence northerly to the northwest corner of lot 7, thence easterly to the northeast corner of lot 7, thence northerly to the southeast corner of lot 6, thence westerly to the southwest corner of lot 6, thence northerly on and along the west lines of lots 6 through 1 to the point of beginning.
