NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY STATE OF INDIANA SS: KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY Ronald Sellers, Petitioner BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SILVER LAKE, INDIANA Notice Is Hereby Given that Ronald Sellers has filed a Verified Petition with the Town Council of the Town of Silver, Lake, Indiana, seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for hearing before the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, on the 8th day of October, 2013 at 7:15 o'clock p.m. The hearing will be held in the Silver Lake Town Hall, which is located at 604 N. Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982. The Public Way for which vacation is sought is the alley North of (behind) the home at 403 E. Main Street, Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: All of that part of the alley lying between Lot Numbered twenty-four (24) and the South half of Lot Numbered twenty-two (22) in Wells Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, more particularly described as the tract in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Lot lines of Lot Numbered twenty-four (24) in the Wells Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, for the point of beginning, thence North to the Southeast corner of the South half of the Lot lines of Lot Numbered 2 in said Wells Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, thence West along said South Lot line of Lot Numbered twenty-two (22) in said Wells Addition to the Southeast comer of the Lot lines of the South half of said Lot Numbered twenty-two (22), thence South to the Northeast corner of the Lot lines of Lot Numbered twenty-four (24) in Wells Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, thence East along the North Lot line of said Lot twenty-four (24) to the point of beginning. Any Person desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Kosciusko County Commissioners, with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, or the Kosciusko Area Plan Commission and any person may appear at the Hearing and be heard in support or objection of the Petition filed herein. The Hearing may be continued by the Kosciusko County Commissioners without further public notice. A copy of the Petition is on file in the office of the Auditor of Kosciusko County.
