Johnson has filed a Verified Petition with the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for hearing before the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana on the 12th day of November, 2013 at 7:15 o'clock p.m. The hearing will be held in the Silver Lake Town Hall, which is located at 604 N. Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982. The Public Way for which vacation is sought is situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows: A tract or parcel of land lying between the west line of lot number 2 in Courtland Park and the water's edge of Silver Lake. Said lot number 2 is part of several tracts of land commonly known as 10175 S. Edgewater Street, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982. Any person desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Town Council of Silver Lake, Indiana, or with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Silver Lake and any person may appear at the hearing and be heard in support or objection of the Petition filed herein.
