NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of September, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by L. Jay Matchett and Mary Ann Matchett, for vacation of a portion of an unnamed public way in the plat of Russell's Park on Shelter Bay, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a McCrea capped pin at the Southwest corner of Lot Number Five (#5) in the plat of Russell's Park on Shelter Bay, Tippecanoe Lake as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 390A in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence East, along the South line of said Lot #5, 92 feet, more or less, to the water's edge of a bay on Lake Tippecanoe; thence Southerly and Southwesterly, along said water's edge, 158 feet more or less, to a point on the East line of Lot #3 in said Russell's Park; thence North, along said East line, 123 feet, more or less, to a McCrea capped pin at the Northeast corner of said Lot #3, thence West, along the North line of said Lot #3 and the North Line of Lot #4 in said Russell's Park, 75.0 feet to a McCrea capped pin and intersection with the East line extended of 25 foot wide EMS T48A LN; thence North on said extended line, 25.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.1 acres more or less.
