LONG, Individually and as Trustees of the William I. Long and Beverly E. Long Revocable Living Trust, Petitioners BEFORE THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Notice is hereby given that: WILLIAM I. LONG and BEVERLY E. LONG, individually and as Trustees of the William I. Long and Beverly E. Long Revocable Living Trust, as Petitioners, have filed a verified Petition with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for a hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. The hearing will be held in the Commissioner's Room (Old Courtroom) which is located on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse located at the corner of North Buffalo Street and West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A tract of land in the Plat on Lakeview Park Hoffman Lake as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 331 in the Office of the Recorder in Kosciusko County, Indiana, being in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, 2nd Principle Meridian, Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot #1 in said Lakeview Park; thence South 89°23'59" West (basis of bearings established in INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system), along the extension of the South line of said Lot #1, 30.0 feet to the West line of said Lakeview Park; thence North 00°30'01" West, along said West line, 60.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lakeview Park; thence North 89°29'59" East, along the North line of said Lakeview Park, 30.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence South 00°30'01" East, along the West line of said Lot #1, 60.0 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 0.04 acres more or less.
