NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAYS
To: Residents of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the 7th day of May, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Lake City Bank for vacation of public ways, being public ways in the Original Plat of the town, now City of Warsaw, also known as Knott's Addition to the City of Warsaw, within the limits of Warsaw, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 99 in the Original Plat of the Town now the City of Warsaw also known as Knott's Addition to the City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 1 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence east along the south line of Lot 99 and the south line of Lot 99 extended to the southwest corner of Lot 118; thence south to the northwest corner of Lot 119; thence continuing south along the west line of Lots 119 and 120 to the southwest corner of Lot 120; thence west to the southeast corner of Lot 97; then north along the east line of Lots 97 and 98 to the northeast corner of Lot 98; thence west along the north line of Lot 98 to the northwest comer of Lot 98; thence north to the place of beginning,
