You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of January, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Etna Green Town Hall, 132 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, Indiana, the Etna Green Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Indelible Properties LLC for vacation of an alley described as follows:
The unnamed alley lying between Lots 6 & 7, Block 12 in the plat of Etna Green from the north right-of-way line of Spring Street to the north line of Lot 6 extended east.
