NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STATE OF INDIANA KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SS: BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: THE PETITION OF VLADIMIR N. MURZIN TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana by Vladimir N. Murzin requesting the vacation by ordinance of a part of Shirey Drive in the Plat of Shirey's Viewpoint Subdivision on Palestine Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and which part of Shirey Drive is described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 38, as point of beginning; then Westerly a distance of approximately 30 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 30 in Shirey's Viewpoint Subdivision on Palestine Lake; then Southerly along the East line of Lots 31, 32 and 33 to the Southeast corner of Lot 33; then Easterly across the North line of Lots 34 and 35 to the Southwest corner of Lot 36; then Northerly along the West line of Lot 36, 37 and 38, to the point of beginning. The area described is all of Shirey Drive that lies between Lots 31, 32, and 33 on the west, Lots 34 and 35 on the south, and Lots 36, 37 and 38 on the east. You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana has set the above petition for hearing at 9:15 a.m., on October 26, 2010, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, prior to the above time and date set for hearing. After hearing, the petition may be granted, denied or continued, and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
