NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Town Council shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by John and Therese Gardner requesting the vacation of a triangular parcel at the south end of Court Street, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590. Said real estate is more particularly described as follows: A triangular parcel measuring approximately 19.38 feet by 22.55 feet by 18.90 feet flanked by Court Street and by Parcel 10-006-071-428 (Lot 15,16,17, and 18) in Bethany Park Subdivision.
