You are hereby notified that on September 15, 2017, Kenneth R. Shepherd filed a Verified Petition for Order for Tax Deed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-1709-TP-000249 requesting a tax deed be issued by the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, for the following described real property located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number 9 and Lot Number 10 in Block Number 1 in Unit 3 in Maple Grove Beach Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 20, in the Recorder’s Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
(Hereafter, the “Property”), which is referred to as parcel number 017-712004-60 and State ID number 43-16-09-200-046.000-015, and commonly known as 5703 S Lake Shore Drive E, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580.
The above described property was sold by the Treasurer of Kosciusko County, Indiana, on September 12, 2016, to Kenneth R. Shepherd. The tract or real property has not been redeemed. The owner, occupant, or a person with a substantial interest of public record is entitled to redeem the tract or real property.
The Petitioner shall make application with the court for an order directing the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to execute and deliver a tax deed to Petitioner after October 16, 2017. The purchaser is entitled to receive a deed for the tract or real property if it is not redeemed before the court has ordered the county auditor to issue a tax deed. You and any person or company owning or having an interest in the above described tract or real property may appear in the proceedings on this petition.
