Agler, deceased Notice is hereby given that the above entitled estate proceedings: 1. On September 28, 2013, the decedent, Harold H. Agler, died intestate a resident of Kosciusko County. 2. On November 8, 2013, Lake City Bank was appointed as Personal Representative of the Decedent's Estate by the Court in the above captioned cause. 3.
