Nathan Allen Slone, whose mailing address is: 2931 N Williamson Dr., Warsaw, IN 4658, And, if different, my residence address is: Kosciusko County, Indiana hereby gives notice that Nathan Allen Slone has filed a petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court requesting tha name be changed to Nathan Allen Nine.
Notice is further given that hearing will be held on said Petition on October 11th, 2024 at 8:15 a.m. Any interested person wishing to be heard may appear at the hearing and file written objections to this request.
