1. Anatasha Hemmer has file a Petition for the Change of Name of Minor Child in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-2403-MI-31.
2. Stella Blake Lackey is the name of the minor child for whom the Petition has been filed.
3. The new name requested is Stella Blake Hemmer.
4. This action is pending in the Kosciusko Circuit Court
5. Any person has the right to appear at the Heraing and or to file an objection.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner files notice by publication pursuant to I.C. 34-28-2-3.
