NOTICE OF HEARING ON SECOND PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO AMEND TERMS OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GENARO J. ELIZONDO, Deceased IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-0704-ES-29 TO: ALL HEIRS OF GENARO J. ELIZONDO, DECEASED Notice is hereby given that, in the above-entitled estate, on May 8, 2012, Norma Monik, Personal Representative of the above-named decedent's estate, by counsel, filed a petition in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana, to amend the terms of sale of the following described piece of real estate, to wit: Lot numbered five hundred five (505) in the plat of Marineland Gardens, as recorded in plat book 5, page 76, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. And on June 26, 2012, the Court entered an order fixing August 10, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. as the time for hearing on such petition, to be held in the Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Courthouse in Warsaw, Indiana. All persons claiming or having any interest in such estate, or any part thereof, as an heir or devisee or through an heir or devisee of such decedent and all unknown heirs and devisees of the decedent are required to appear in said Court on or before such date and make proof of their heirship or claim in said real estate. Said Court will, pursuant to such hearing, enter a decree authorizing the sale of said real estate by said Personal Representative under the amended terms if no objections are filed to said petition.
