NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED
REAL ESTATE OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the
Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.
43C01-1712-MF-000127 wherein MutualBank f/k/a Mutual Federal
Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of Anita R.
Peterson A/K/A Anita Peterson, Deceased, was Defendant, requiring
me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and
cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day
of August, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is
possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the
whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land located in the North East Quarter of Section 11,
Township 34 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more par -
ticularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a pipe (found)
marking the Northeast corner of the aforesaid quarter section; thence
on and along the North line of aforesaid quarter section North 89
degrees 57 minutes West, a distance of 652.90 feet to a P.K. nail, mark -
ing the place of beginning of the tract to be described; thence con -
tinuing North 89 degrees 57 minutes West, a distance of 328.94 feet to
a P.K. nail; thence South 0 degrees 03 minutes West a distance of
172.34 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes East a
distance of 328.94 feet to an iron pin; thence North 0 degrees 03 min -
utes East, a distance of 172.34 feet to the place of beginning, less and
excepting therefrom, the Westerly 125 feet, by parallel lines of said
tract. Also known at Lot Number 2 in Leamon’s Plat, as recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 95, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County,
Indiana.
More commonly known as: 2839 E. 1300 N., Syracuse, IN 46567.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will
be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
