The 14th annual Ag Day event for fourth-graders, 'Discovering Agriculture in Kosciusko County', was held April 14. Pierceton Elementary School attended the event along with South Whitley Elementary and other elementary schools in Kosciusko County. On this field trip students learn important information regarding agriculture in Indiana. Students listened to 10-minute educational presentations at different stations covering beef, ducks, 4-H, soil and water, farm machinery, farm safety, dairy cows, chickens, horticulture, swine, sheep and crops.
