Students in Shannun Boggs' first-grade class at Pierceton Elementary School, under the direction of their student teacher Alison Baker, learned the importance of recycling and reusing objects. The students created items out of recyclable goods such as plastic bottles of all shapes and sizes, tissue boxes and even fruit cups. Pictured are Mariah Hammon, A.J. Hill and Harley Bradley with their dolls made during this environmentally friendly lesson.
