Michelle Ball's fourth-grade class at Pierceton Elementary School recently completed a community service project for the Animal Welfare League in Kosciusko County. The students raised $502.91 through a coin drive and collected 175 items that the class took to the shelter. This was all part of a program in which the class volunteered through the Dekko Foundation in order to learn more about the value of philanthropy.
