'Yummy!' 'This is good!' 'Did you see the green eggs?' These were just a few of the comments overhead as first-grade students in Mistie Potts' and Shannun Boggs' first-grade classes at Pierceton Elementary enjoyed very green eggs and ham in celebration of both Dr. Seuss' birthday and St. Patrick's Day. The students enjoyed reading the famous 'Green Eggs and Ham' by Dr. Seuss prior to their unusual eating experience. Enjoying their breakfast (L to R) are first-graders Ricco Martinez, Dylan Lemish, Isaiah Kyles and Summer Severns.
