Andrews is president of the North Webster Town Council and serves on the Palace of Sports board of directors. She is active in the Webster chamber, where she served on the selection committee for the Person of the Year award for many years, played an integral role in the initiation of the Main Street project and has helped represent the town's interests in the future of the elementary school building. She also is active in the Webster Lake Association. The honor came at the chamber's annual banquet held at Quaker Haven Camp.
