In light of Mr. Hite's letter on March 21 I had to respond.
So I asked Mr. Hite to come up with an instance of a homosexual actively persecuting anyone that dares to criticize their lifestyle and it only took him an entire month to respond.
I'm sure it was because you were busy, perhaps thinking of ways people offend you by merely minding their own business and living their own lives. Surely it wasn't a lack of material?
You saved us from your "personal testimonies," why? I'm sure there are tons of gay people in Warsaw and Winona Lake chasing you and other straights down on the street to push their gayness in your face.
I'd rather hear your personal testimonies than hear about poor Marine Gen. Peter Pace being set upon. He's a Marine! You know, one of those big, tough, burly guys that should be able to take it unlike those wimpy, effeminate homosexuals.
And to address another one of your points, boy howdy is right! Why protect gays from hate crimes? Let's just make like its 1999 again. Remember Matthew Shepard? He was that 19-year-old young man that was beaten severely and left in a snowstorm to die in Wyoming. That was a hate crime. Too bad he isn't around now to take advantage of all that special treatment being dished out to gays these days.
