PIERCETON – Penny R. Linn, 50, of Pierceton, passed away at 8:20 p.m. Aug. 7, 2013, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. She was born Aug. 4, 1963, in Warsaw, to Paul and Pat Lightfoot Johnston. A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she worked at DePuy until 2010 and currently worked at Zimmer Inc. as an assistant of regulator affairs. She attended New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw, and was involved with the Boy Scouts of America for more than 20 years. She enjoyed bowling and was in a bowling league with her fellow Zimmer colleagues. Surviving are two sons, Timothy Milo and Tyler Scott Linn, both of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Karmon Ray Linn, Pierceton, and Alden Scott Linn, South Whitley; her parents; a sister, Pamela (and spouse Jeff) Grames, Norwalk, Ohio; and a niece and nephew, Victoria and Keagan Grames, Norwalk. A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton, with Pastor Ed Gebert officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
