Penny L. Norris
NORTH WEBSTER – Penny L. Norris, 49, of Cromwell, died at 11:02 a.m. April 6, 2011, in IU Health – Goshen Hospital.
She was born July 6, 1961, in Lebanon, to Charles and Mary Woodard Reagan. On Oct. 19, 1990, in Warsaw, she married David P. Norris, who survives.
She moved to the North Webster area from Lebanon in 1969 and attended North Webster Public Schools. She formerly worked at Don & Dee’s, Neva’s and Classic Restaurants, all in North Webster; Serenade Foods, Milford; and Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was a member of Syracuse Pentecostal Church.
Also surviving are three daughters, Colleen, Carrie and Tayler Norris, all of Cromwell; four sons, Raymond (and spouse Joann) Norris, Brooklyn, Conn., and Charles, Shawn and David M. Norris, all of Cromwell; nine grandchildren; her stepmother, Irene Reagan, Cromwell; a sister, Marlene (and spouse Lonnie) Rusteberg, Lebanon; and a brother, Richard (and spouse Diane) Reagan, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster, with the Rev. Craig Fritchley officiating.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
