NAPPANEE – Peggy A. Flowers, 88, Nappanee, died at noon April 16, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa, where she had been a patient since January. She was born July 21, 1927, in Culver, to Raymond Ralph and Ruby Emrick Mikesell. On Sept. 4, 1946, in Culver, she married George Flowers, who survives. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Nappanee United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Davidson officiating. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
