Pearl Halsey, 91, Cromwell, passed away June 23, 2018, at her grandson’s home, where she resided.
Pearl was born Aug. 13, 1926, in Warsaw, to Elmer E. and Hester Slaymaker Foreman. She married Marion C. Halsey Sr. on March 4, 1951; he preceded her in death on March 13, 2015.
Pearl was homemaker and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Pearl is survived by her son, Marion C. Halsey Jr.; and three grandchildren: Derek (wife Pam) Halsey, Cromwell; Drew (wife Amy) Halsey, Ligonier; and Breanne Halsey, Milford. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren and her sister, Vivian Murphy, Pierceton.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and one brother.
According to her wishes, cremation will take place, with burial at Sparta Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements were entrusted to Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services, Warsaw.
